Standards Commission Meetings
The Members of the Standards Commission for Scotland meet on 10 occasions each year to discuss policy, strategy and to consider Reports submitted by the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland (CESPLS). In addition, the Standards Commission's Audit & Risk Committee meets three times a year and the Human Resources Committee meets once a year. These Committees are advisory only and have no executive powers.
The Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life (CESPLS) is invited to meet with the Standards Commission to discuss emerging issues and trends which are identified during review of investigations statistics. These meetings happen four times per year.
